Thank you very much Tim Starling for helping me and in particular all 
those other people out there who now get a "you are blocked screen" and 
do not come back because of that. Thank you from me and my apologies if 
I caused you a bit of a disturbance.

Whether people believe me or not it is not much me I am pissed about, 
actually not just the IP addresses but all the IP addresses in many 
countries that get blocked because their providers force them through 
open or exit proxies. I have heard it is a problem in Indonesia as well. 
Instead of just blocking we should try to find out which other 
countries/providers do this so we can help users (Qatar springs to mind)
