Phase 1 of the POTY 2006 election is coming to its end.

If you didn't participate yet or want to change your vote, you can
still do it until 2400 Feb, 14 (today) at:

Phase 2, to elect the winner and 2 runners-up, will start February 17
at: http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Picture_of_the_Year/2006/final.

Note: the final date has been postponed 2 days as has been stated in
the first mail. We are trying our best to have the preparations for
the final on time
