Not something the foundation would generaly get invovled in. En
currently soft blocks the IPs which wouls allow you to continue to
edit. It would be posible for .nl to addopt a simular practice. I've
talked to the .nl people on IRC but I don't know exactly which IPs
need to be delt with.
