I must advise caution, however, in regards to what the job is doing to 
the way you express yourself in English.  The cliché, "moving forward", 
has become a frequent feature in the speech of one person whom many of 
us would consider more prominent than he deserves.  I would hate to 
believe that including Bushisms in your writing was in any way intended 
to idolize that person. ;-)
