[Foundation-l] (Japanese) Wikipedia won "Web of the year" in Japan

Hi Lodewijk,

This prize is presented by Yahoo related bublishing company and softbak 
group (organized Yahoo Japan), held 12th times till this year. In Japan, 
there are no more famous prizes than this, Wikipedia is the no.1 rated 
web site exactly.
