Hoi,
There are opportunities for smooth cooperation when multiple organisations
exchange people in their advisory boards or boards. It cements the relation
and provides for informal contacts that helps smooth the rough edges in the
mutual business practices. High level contacts  definetly help mutual
strategies in a similar way that lower level contacts help mutual practices.

In other words, there are two sides to that coin.
