The presiding Arbitrator from the original case made the Motion on my
behalf<http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Requests_for_arbitration&diff=prev&oldid=167156468#Nobs01_and_others>,
and has admitted to errors on several occasions. Will Beback has made
efforts to remove some of the defamatory
material<http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Template%253ALaRouchetalk&diff=165702565&oldid=165086118>from
a Template and a user subpage. SlimVirgin and I had a recent private
meditation (mediated by MONGO) over the unsubstantiated and untrue
remarks<http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia_talk:Requests_for_arbitration/Attack_sites/Proposed_decision&diff=160962861&oldid=160957768>she
made in the WP/Attack sites case and I believe we have a workable
solution.

No one wants to revisit the particulars from the Nobs01 case. OTOH, it is
my firm belief the Brandt controversy, and the Katefan0 & Essjay
controversies that grew out of the Brandt case could all have been avoided,
if I had been afforded simple common decency and fairness in the original
hearing. The ball is now in WP's court -- Wikipedia can fix this problem
now, or it will linger continue to linger.

One thing is certain, I will not shut up and accept the false statements
made about myself that now are being spoken by Wikipedia in the Nobs01 case
until it is remedied.
