Hoi,
Not knowing you or anything of the case. You were apparently banned for two
years and the day before this is the case you want to start the issue why
you were banned all over again. This seems to be inviting trouble. Then
again, ask and you shall be given, but do know what you intentionally or
unintentionally ask for.
