[Foundation-l] Racism in Commons

I think the consensus on this issue is that there is no action
required by the Foundation Board and isn't obviously a Foundation
inter-community problem either. Perhaps the discussion should be
continued, if necessary, on a Commons mailing list (where the
interested Commons community members can contribute).  They might
discuss the issues related to educational value, image reposity
limitations, whether largely duplicative but non-identical images
should be restricted, etc.
