[Foundation-l] Adminship tools on Commons

In short, Thomas, you are exactly right. Hebrew is a very tricky language.
There is no reason not to give a trusted Wikimedia user the tools he needs
to translate a site. It seems to me that some feel that Adminship is a
status that should be gained in time. Well I have "done my time" in other
projects and in other ways and I believe I am trustworthy. Denying the tools
I need are, INHO, not what Wikiemdia intended when creating the tools.
