I didn't mean relations in the sense of personal relations or
anything, I meant it in the sense of boundaries of roles and
responsibilities :)

That said I shouldn't have said "entirely" because, as you say, this
involves the community too. That's why I said I appreciate having
community input at this brainstorming stage, which has already
generated some interesting ideas.
