Insider trading doesn't involve the corporation's money, it involves
the shareholder's money, and there aren't any shareholders for a
non-profit.
It's possible for board members to commit acts of fraud with
corporation money, but that isn't insider trading and increased
transparency is one of the best ways to avoid that...
