This mailing list is not part of the Serbian Wikipedia's dispute
resolution procedure. No-one here is going to take any action over a
24 hour block. I imagine the Serbian Wikipedia has some form of appeal
for blocks (RfC, ArbCom, etc) - I suggest you use it.
