A number.

1)you are likely to get a de-facto comity of say 60 people deciding
who can run since other people may not care enough
2) you get more direct campaigning since candidates will need to get
the vote out for them thus there is a risk of the elections
interfering with the normal running of the wiki.
3)it further selects against the smaller wikis. en.pedia can find 50
voters with the sufferage requirements no problem but how many others
can?
4)it streches the length of the election ah season which is something
best avoided.
