The stewards regard Meta as their playground and don't want outside
involvement. Even Anthere was pulling the sort of tricks that were
getting people arbcommed on a better-behaved wiki such as en:wp.
(Anthere, before you react with incredulity - I pointed these out to
you at the time.)
