On thing to keep in mind, the user expirence for contributors and
anon-readers who have not edited during their browser session are
quite different...

In any case, they are reporting on 2007 year to date, not 2006.

The loss of our netblock back in aug 2006 resulted in more than 2
hours of outage alone.
