[Foundation-l] Wikimedia Foundation logo policy

Can I just add we really need a logo policy. My personal press email
address seems to have made its way onto people's lists of 'how to
contact Wikipedia', and so I get these questions. I *should* be able
to give them a simple answer quickly. I can't. That's bad - it wastes
my time and theirs.

I hardly care what the policy is as long as there is one.
