Prehaps below the toolbox would work instead (they are redesigning the
toolbar on Wikipedia and if it goes ahead one of the developers (Rob
Church I think?) is going to do a ptach for them). Couldn't we just
get a modified version of this and stick it below the toolbox like
they do on http://www.wikia.com . I like the idea of this and it would
definitely improve the visibility of the Wikimedia websites, the wikis
that are displayed in the one on Wikia always get loads more
attention.
