[Foundation-l] Asturian page for Donations is in Spanish

Yep, that's clearly Spanish. Unfortunately, I don't know Asturian to be able
to translate it appropriately...

OTRS just got a notice about this - the Asturian page linked from the
Donations page (http://wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/Donativos) has
identical text to the Spanish page
(http://wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/Donaciones), and my untrained eye
says that the text is in Spanish.
