Excellent. Chapters are the right place for this kind of activity to
happen, but perhaps we also need a meta-level coordination project for
wiki training activities. Perhaps Wikiversity would be the right
location for it? Frank, would you be willing to take the lead in
networking chapters to exchange training materials, building a
database of available volunteers, proposing a policy for travel cost
compensation etc.? If not, could you suggest a person who could manage
this process?
