The Wikimedia Foundation is exempt from COPPA due to its status as a
non-profit organization not engaged in commerce.  No Wikimedia site is
operated for a commercial purpose; therefore, the act has no
application to Wikimedia.

Next time, read the statute before you spew FUD, ok?
