[Foundation-l] Sep11Wiki cleanup effort closed; wiki locked again

Erik,

I have unlocked the database. I saw this problem also and was going to 
ask how to fix
the interwiki links.

I fixed the page. I will leave the Wiki unlocked until you ask me to 
lock it again. Please feel free
to modify any other areas which need cleanup and/or assign editors.
