[Foundation-l] clearing the checkuser-l backlog this weekend

No-one's been adding new people to checkuser-l for a while. (Kelly
Martin was but she's taking a probably substantial break from the
project.) I'm going to try to clear the backlog this weekend. My
sincere apologies for this, and I'll try to keep up with list requests
in future.

(It's really not a very interesting or active list, so you're not
missing much ;-)
