[Foundation-l] [GFW] Https for Chinese Wikipedia is also blocked

Based on my test: "secure.wikimedia.org" now is URL level keyword.

If "secure.wikimedia.org" appear on URL, then connection was reset.

test method:
http://yahoo.com/?secure.wikimedia.org (in China)

http://baidu.com/?secure.wikimedia.org (in China external)
