Not everything needs voting on. You might have noticed there were no
resolutions before this year
(<http://wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/Resolutions>), instead relying
on consensus of three Board members. There have already been multiple
community votes on the Chinese Wikinews, as you can see on meta and on
the Chinese Wikipedia.


Anyway, the Chinese Wikinews is now available at
http://zh.wikinews.org/ thanks to Brion.

A number of pages are available at
<http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/New_language_pre-launch#Chinese.28.E4.B8.AD.E6.96.87.29>,
some of which might need to be copied over to the new site.
