I very much doubt that given our discussions in February, but I'll be
happy to call Jan-Bart to clarify things. I think, if you had chosen
the route of simply letting Gerard handle the communications and
contracts with Kennisnet, and only communicated the support of WMF for
the project, it would already be underway.
