[Foundation-l] MediaWiki Cherokee Langage Extension

I have created a language extension PHP which allows these tags:

<cherokee>

phonetics text

</cherokee>

which converts to syllabary after an article is saved. It needs another 
week or so of testing.

Such an addition to the chr.wikipedia.org Cherokee site will make it 
usable for syllabary editing.

Now who do I get with to provide the parser extension?
