Hoi,
I do not know who you try to convince in Polish, but in order to /write 
/Kantonees, you need to extend the number of characters available to 
you. These were added in a later version of the Unicode standard. I do 
not know the situation for the other Chinese languages.

According to the Dutch text about Chinese, many people indicate that 
many people are not able to fully read texts and the CIA yearbook is 
quoted that there are 14% functionally not able to read and write. Given 
that learning written Chinese can be considered as difficult as learning 
a second language, this is understandable.
