I disagree
It is incompatible because unified accounts would be
broken. There would be one long-in for the latin
username and one log-in for the non-latin username,
but not a S(ingle) U(ser) L(ogin). Encforcing the
creation of a second latin username with blocks is not
compatible with having a S(ingle) U(ser) L(ogin)
across wikis.
