[Foundation-l] English Wikipedia ethnocentric policy affects other communities

For what it's worth, I'm not entirely sure if the policy is a good idea.
It's a bit of a moot point, anyway -- as has been mentioned, the whole
thing'll be pretty redundant, once we get single login.

And all else aside, is this really the sort of issue the foundation needs to
deal with? Seems this thread might be more appropriate for wikipedia-l or
wikien-l, personally.
