Hello,

ICANN (The guys who oversee domain names) have a pretty good working
relationship with the WIPO and registrants have to agree to be liable
under the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (like the Warsaw
thing airline carriers print in the back of your airline ticket), this
policy oversees com/net/name/org/biz and I think Info, plust a bunch of
country code top-level domains.

Here's the procedure and rules:

Maybe Brad can take a look at it and see what the WMF Can do about the
squatters.
