"www.wikipedia.it" is currently owned by a person that has no 
relationship neither with Wikimedia Italia nor with the community of 
it.wiki users.
Up to now, the attempts to establish a contact in order to have the 
domain back ended up in silence.
Until yesterday the link pointed to a webmail login page (the same you 
can currently see at "www.wikinews.it").
