[Foundation-l] English Wikipedia ethnocentric policy affects other communities

Thank you for your comments, all.
Luna, I think we can watch this matter at least from three sides.
A. It is a matter of English Wikipedia, so you should go there.
B. It is a cross project matter so much wider area is needed.
C. It is relevant to single sign-in and its consequences, which will
affect all projects, so foundation-l level width of audience should be
required.
And on my side I take the view of C, so for me it is appropriate to
bring it up here. But if you are interested in discussing it on
wikien-l, I am happy to let you forward my mail.
