[Foundation-l] Wikiversity

Let's do it. I've already setup a Foundation and Endowment with a major 
university doing the Cherokee textbooks. Let's roll this in as well. It will
take me a week or so to get everything setup -- Brad already has the 
paperwork on it (except they mispelled my name). I will be teaching
Computer Science next year at this new school, and this will roll in nicely.
