Of course, one could
* assign a unique ID to each movie
* look up that ID when you want to include the movie into your wikipedia
* request movie information from movies.wikimedia.org by that ID
* have the language-specific data stored on movies.wikimedia as well,
and return the correct ones depending on the caller
