I have submitted the list to gmane.org, so the we'll be able to read the
list on the gmane.org usenet server. If you don't now about gmane: this
mail-to-news gateway is really useful, because you won't have thousands
of email each day if you're subscribed to a lot of mailinglists. See
http://gmane.org/ for more information.

The hierarchy currently is a mess:

gmane.org.wikimedia.foundation.uk
gmane.org.wikimedia.france
gmane.science.linguistics.wikipedia.verein

I have now asked for wikimediach-l to be
gmane.org.wikimedia.foundation.switzerland, but maybe they'll change the
hierarchy.
