I'm sorry, I can't offer an update.  I am talking to everyone relevant
and doing what I can.  I am hopeful that the GNU FDL 2.0 will be much
improved, but compatibility is difficult.

I don't think a meeting with Wikimedia's legal team and CC/GNU folks
would be productive at this time.
