According to the requirements defined in the Wikinews proposal as well 
as on

  http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikinews/Start_a_new_edition

and

  http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Policy_for_wikis_in_new_languages

I have set up a Dutch edition of Wikinews at

  http://nl.wikinews.org/

This is the first time I've created a Wikimedia wiki, so please let me 
know if anything doesn't work properly.

If everything is OK, and the board is happy with this language being set 
up, I will go ahead and create the other ones which have sufficient 
community support.
