In december, Mav and I discussed about it (on the mailing lists I think) 
and we concluded that it would be best to wait early february for the 
next fundraising drive, both for organisational reasons and because just 
after Christmas, people are often left empty pockets.

The recent events also supports waiting.

I do think we have enough to wait till february, but Mav could tell us 
more about this. I think he said he would be back this week.
