[Foundation-l] fund drive, and e-gold revisited

Here is a list of major credit card payment systems
the foundation could directly integrate with from a
discussion on the tech list last month:

I suspect many of them would have much lower
transaction amount % fees than PayPal; however, these
will likely never be lower than 2% due to the fact
that the payee receives the funds immediately while
the card holder has a 20-30 day no-interest grace
period in which to pay back the amount.
