It's always comforting to hear voices of reason. :-)

Unfortunately those who fixate on "MUST CITE" are also prone to ignore 
<big><bold>MUST USE COMMON SENSE</bold></big>.  Sigh!  Is a four word 
rule so much more difficult than a two word rule?  ... even when you 
point out that there is an identical word in both?
