[Foundation-l] Cutting quotes and other such stuff

Please, please, PLEASE, people, do NOT quote the whole post you are
repling to - only sections of it that are somehow connected with your reply.
And please write your replies UNDER the quoted messege, not above it.
These are general netiquette rules and are to facilitate reading. You
read form top to bottom, right? That's why it's only logical to have the
quote first and the reply second. They also keep the size of the posts
down. Essencially, if you quote the whole post in your reply, you're
making all the readers download it twice (first the original and then
it's copy in your reply).
Please try to follow these rules. Thank you.

P.S. I didn't want my first post here to be concerned with such matters
but after a few posts I saw in this ("e-gold proposal") thread I changed
my mind. :) So... I'd just like to say "Hi" to everyone here and
apologize if anyone viewed the tone of the above as harsh - I didn't
want to offend anyone.
