That's not what I meant... and there's a lot more not to like about it
than flags (bright orange?? bordered buttons?).   However, it doen't
include navbars in the portal, and manages to fit seven languages onto
a screen, unlike our own portals (all of which, btw, are EN-centric;
cf. http://wikisource.org/wiki/Main_Page and
http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Wikibooks_portal).
