[Flow Funding] Flow Funding Pilot Report

Hi Thomas,

Kudos for your efforts on preparing this report. I will carefully read and
make the changes if necessary. I'd also like to ask you about the future of
the project. The pilot phase went very well in my opinion and it might be a
good starting point for the future of the flow funding.
