[Flow Funding] Flow Funding IRC Meeting in March

Hi group,

Despite my initial indications otherwise, I have to jet off early to the 
airport this afternoon, and will be unable to make the IRC meeting. I've 
got a nice start at an individual flow funding portal that some others 
might be interested in:

That has solicited two proposals. However, neither seem to be eligible 
due to: (1) conflict of interest and (2) funding of human labor. I 
primarily intended to speak about #1 today, as Asaf's earlier email 
alluded to.

I recognize that a COI is present, and was most curious about how that 
project could get funded in lieu of this fact. Would it be 
best/allowable to: (1) try to let another flow funder take it? (2) Ask 
the individual to submit via a traditional grants program? (3) Some 
other work around, perhaps just staying clear of the COI territory 
during the formal grant period and promised labor load?
