[Flow Funding] Flow Funding IRC Meeting in March

Dear flow funders,

I would have liked to join the session to discuss some of the concerns I
have been voicing recently[1][2], but I am unable to join this one.  I will
be sure to read the minutes, as I have the last ones, and I encourage those
of you who can attend to do two things:

1. read my concerns (I speak for WMF on these) beforehand
2. discuss them, among any other business, at the IRC meeting.

I think it is crucial for the success of this pilot program.
