[Flow Funding] Irc meeting April 20th at 5pm UTC

Hi,

I've been trying to connect to #flowfunding for more than 20 minutes, but
unfortunately it was permanently sending me the message that it's unable to
resolve the server. I don't know if the problem is with my connection, but
it prevented me of participating in the IRC meeting.
