[Flow Funding] Flow Funding Portal and WMF agreement

Dear Flow Funding members,

I hope you are all doing well.

We have recently made some changes to the Flow Funding Portal, but we still
need to set up a functional way for flow funding members to submit reports
through the portal. It could be a page creation tool similar to the one
used for submitting recommendations for funding. If possible, it should
help flow funding member to name each report as a subpage of each funding
recommendations, and also preload the reporting form. Who could help with
that?

I am writing also to let you know that soon Winifred Olliff from the
Wikimedia Foundation will contact each of you individually to ask you to
sign a flow funding agreement with the Foundation (
