[Flow Funding] FlowFunding Digest, Vol 2, Issue 1

My current understanding is that this flow funding pilot is to evaluate the
potential to fund "Small projects" that would otherwise not qualify for the
main stream foundation or chapter grant?? I have an inkling of one project
that could qualify for this at the moment, but can someone just expand on
this understanding?
