[Engineering] New Grafana features

Hi all,

We've been upgrading Grafana from release to release and quite a few things
have been silently over the past months. Here's a few of them.

## Version history

When you save changes to a dashboard, one can enter an edit summary. Please
describe your changes :-) You can access the version history from the
settings menu (gear icon).

## Graph panel: Histogram

Any graph panel can be changed from a time series graph into histogram.

## Heatmap panel

A new heatmap has been added. This is mostly useful for Prometheus
backends, because with data from Graphite only 1 data point exists per
minute due to aggregation. http://docs.grafana.org/features/panels/heatmap/
